Doorbell Camera Installation

Just Moved In

My doorbell camera became faulty and Telus replaced it with a new one.  The installation was not smooth as the new device was not connecting to the internet and the indoor chime.  I was on the phone to talk to customer support and technical support for about 3.5 hours to talk to someone who could help and fix the issue.  It is ridiculous to have to be on the phone to talk to someone (in another country) to fix the technical problem that did not happen at my end.  It shows that Telus is not that friendly and does not care about its customers or value their time.  This is the help you get in the country where we pay the highest telecom charges in the world!!
