TELUS TV+ Suggestion
When browsing the guide programs that are set to record have a red circle at the end of the timeslot. This is not visible for longer programs like movies and sporting events due to the limited width of the screen. I notice the program title floats in the timeslot as you scroll left and right. Could the recording indicator also float with the title so that it's visible all the time? An alternative is to also highlight the title in red to indicate a program is set to record. This is especially important on the app as phone screens are portrait mode but it's also an issue on the browser.34Views0likes1CommentRe: Unauthorized device on network
It's probably one of your devices. Cyber TAN is a manufactuer of electronics used in many smart devices. Most of the time these smart devices don't bother identifying themselves properly and default to the electronics manufacture ID. If you take inventory of all your smart devices you will eventually figure out which one it is. It could be a smart thermostat, smart scale, eReader, smart switch or similar. You could try matching either the MAC address or the IP to each of your devices. The MAC address might be available on the back of the device or box it came in. If the device has an interface (screen or app) you may be able to look in the settings for the IP address and/or MAC address. For instance I have a smart clock from Lenovo that shows up on my network as InPro Comm which is another manufacture like Cyber TAN. If all else fails and it's really bothering you then ban it from your network and see what isn't working any more.4.5KViews1like0CommentsRe: Got Scam Call
Never go to a web page link you got from a phone call. Never, no exceptions. Links from text messages and emails are a bit tricker to vet but a good guideline is if the official business name is not in the first part of the URL then it's a scam. For your link above you needed to see "https://....telus.com/...." to be legit. What you have instead is support-wiz.com which has nothing to do with TELUS.79Views0likes0Comments
