How was your TV connected to the old Optik box? It uses HDMI as well. There are converters you can get to connect older devices to HDMI. The quick start guide you referenced says you can login to the device to change the SSID: Enter the Boost Wi-Fi 7 IP address into the browser window. If you've deleted the app and reinstalled that would have the same effect. I had issues a few days ago with the Telus Connect app that cleared up later with no intervention from me. So possibly issue on Telus' side. I have the T3200M as well as a Boost Wifi 6 connected with MOCA. I have disabled the Wifi on the T3200M and just use the Boost for wifi. I found it has better coverage and performance as well as more flexibility for channels. I'm in a condo so there are many other access points that show up when looking at available networks but I haven't had any issues since I switched to this setup.8Views1like0Comments
