Unfortunately Telus does not support Wi-Fi calling outside of Canada. I just got one of these emails and it's not the first time I've received them. The first time I got one I thought it was some form of phishing scam or someone was using my bandwidth. I've never exceeded my monthly limit. I've confirmed the email is from Telus. The only problem is I'm no where near my limit?! The new Fire Stick you have doesn't run FireOS but instead uses VegaOS so that won't work. Supposedly these models support FireOS 6 or higher: Fire TV Stick 4K Fire TV Stick 4K Max Fire TV Stick 4K Plus Fire TV Stick Fire TV Stick Lite Do you stikk have the Fire TV Stick 4K? If so you can check the version of FireOS: Go to Settings on your Fire TV. Select My Fire TV. Select About. Select Check for System Update. Hopefully you can get it working.46Views0likes1Comment
