4K channels are currently only available on TELUS set-top boxes or on the TELUS TV+ app for Android TV/Google TV. We are looking at expanding availability to other devices/platforms but no time estimate at this point.
Still working for me to record across my TELUS TV+ app and TELUS TV Digital Box. What device are you trying to record on? And are you able to watch the channels live or On Demand?
Are you using the TELUS TV+ app on your Sony TV? Or are you using a TELUS provided set-top box. If it's the Android TV-based TELUS set-top box, your default volume on the box may be set artificially low. You'll need to unpair the remote from the TV (...
