I requested a couple of replacement power adapters through the Telus support here in the forums. Once they got all my info the adapters were delivered the next day, even though they said it would be 3-5 business days. I was able to subscribe Saturday morning by using the link https://order.fibre.telus.com/ The channels were unlocked instantly in the Telus TV app and on the website version. The new Android TV boxes were taking hours to unlock the channels. A restart of the boxes fixed this. Right now, trying to order Centre Ice through the boxes does not work (nor apparently does calling in). As you stated, the same situation occurred last year - you could not order through the boxes until the regular season started. I can confirm what Rich97 is saying. In fact, the audio during the 3rd period of last night's St.Louis game was almost entirely gone, with nothing but clicks and pops with the occasional couple of seconds of normal audio. We were surfing all the other games with no problems. This only happens during St.Louis games.978Views0likes0Comments
