As you have done this and marked as the solution, does giving them a profile prevent them from using your profile? Grimmt My post before your reply today was on 17th. Since then I have not had a sound drop, whisper for normal talking, all seems normal level to date. I agree the sync sound/video has not been a problem as well. I do think tech support did something, maybe they did several things and are not claiming credit as time will tell. No, I had mentioned turning off surround sound on tuner, that helps a lot. I had this before Telus occurring with shows with/without surround sound and running thru surround tuner would have to switch on/off stereo/surround. signing into your account with proper user name and password means you have an established account. That is what you would do to link the account to various devices. I have Disney/Prime/Telus TV on phone/tablets/laptop/computer all done by first creating an account and then signing in on others Creating an account is what causes a new charge once.60Views0likes0Comments
