Support for Optik Tv
I am having problems with my Optik Tv not working. Through the app, I requested a call back. I got one, but it was for security system tech support, so they transfered me to Optik tv support… was on hold for a while, then someone from the Quebec technical support answered and said they could it help me and they would transfer me to BC support…. I never got anyone to pick up the line. My Optik tv is constantly freezing. I have rebooted the internet router; the boosters, the Tv boxes. How can this be done online? Has anyone talked to the loyalty department and they actually did something? In June I made some changes to my rate plan ( through loyalty) and was ensured this rate would stay the same and the other family members on my account would change. Well 3 months later I am overcharged and when I talk to the loyalty dept again, they just say the first agent made a mistake… they aren’t even willing to look at correcting it. We have one Optik tv box that keeps freezing… and the only way to fix it is to do the whole reboot (unplug it for 45 seconds) and wait for it to initialize and reconnect. I did see the offer after I selected the phone, but my loyalty offer was definitely not a deal lol… it was for more than I am paying now. I did talk to someone supposedly in the loyalty department on Thursday, and they were scheduled to call me back Friday to confirm options and pricing but they never called….
