Support for Optik Tv
I am having problems with my Optik Tv not working. Through the app, I requested a call back. I got one, but it was for security system tech support, so they transfered me to Optik tv support… was on hold for a while, then someone from the Quebec technical support answered and said they could it help me and they would transfer me to BC support…. I never got anyone to pick up the line.
My Optik tv is constantly freezing. I have rebooted the internet router; the boosters, the Tv boxes. Tried new HDML cables… can’t get answers from support so does anyone have any suggestion on how to fix???
