Optik TV keeps freezing
We have one Optik tv box that keeps freezing… and the only way to fix it is to do the whole reboot (unplug it for 45 seconds) and wait for it to initialize and reconnect.
We had to do this monthly, but now it’s been weekly, and tonight it has been hourly… is there a better fix for this???

I had issues with my Telus box losing signal for a few seconds and then working again. It turned out to be a loose HDMI cable. Not sure if that's what causing your issues but certainly something that is easy to check.

Just one… I keep resetting the WiFi and then the Optik box, but the tv keeps freezing.

I would check the HDMI cables to see if they're loose, thanks FuzzyLogic

Hey there! Is this freezing issue happening with just one of your Optik TV boxes, or are you seeing it on all of them?
