I am desperately trying to get help from Telus, apparently I don't know my security pin. I have reset it twice through the Telus web app yet I end up in an endless loop with the automated help as it doesn't recognize the new pin. I am missing some credits on my first bill and just want to speak to a human being. Alternatively, I can go back to Rogers. Your choice @Anonymous
