Impossible to cancel internet

I have tried canceling my internet about 5 times since October. I moved to a new house and of course Telus told me they can only provide 25mb internet speed which was unacceptable, I said I wanted to cancel and the rep told me I had to pay about $700...

Telus Booster

I tried so many times to add a second Telus Booster Wifi 6 wirelessly but to no avail. Also, if I hooked it up via hardwire, it assumed the SSID of the primary booster. Is this normal? Need help. Thanks

Resolved! Where did BBC Channel 375 Go!

Pay for 500Mb but get 50-80... daily reboot

Every single day, sometimes multiple times through the day, I have to hard reboot the entire system as the speed gets throttled down... slow enough to cause conference call issues. Their auto-fix method makes no difference. What have others done?
