Free TV Order Delay
I signed up for telus services and was told I would get a free tv. It has now been 10 weeks since I got my services but no TV. Telus told me to reach out to Samsung and refuses to look into it. was this a scam to force me to sign up for cable that I didnt want in the first place? seems like it.

I noticed that Telus Support said that they were looking into this three months ago. Did you get any help? It's hard to believe that they would actually refer you to Samsung. It's just common sense that you need to deal with Telus on this and Telus needs to deal with Samsung.

Nope, still dealing with it. Ive talked to loyalty, care everywhere. Seems like telus doesnt care.

Almost 19 weeks and still no sign of the free TV telus has promised.

Telus keeps telling me its been escalated and I have had three different reps till me they will send me an email with an update BUT no one has sent me an email and I have to keep chasing after TELUS to get the free tv they promised me for signing up.

i have had to chase telus down. It has now almost been 16 weeks. That is TWICE the time period that telus has promised.

Yup its a scam. Telus is refusing to help and keeps directing me to samsung and samsung says I need to reach out to telus. No one wants to take responsibility for it.
