I noticed that Telus Support said that they were looking into this three months ago. Did you get any help? It's hard to believe that they would actually refer you to Samsung. It's just common sense that you need to deal with Telus on this and Telus needs to deal with Samsung.

Nope, still dealing with it. Ive talked to loyalty, care everywhere. Seems like telus doesnt care.
