Resolved! I only want channels I subscribe to in my guide

I went to the settings where I select and deselect my channels, but then I go to my guide, and they're ALL still there..I don't want to see shows I can't watch on my guide.I also want to delete any shows I have to pay for. Can I have them not show up...

Fast forwarding or rewinding doesn't show timeline

Why isn't there a timeline of where I am in a show?I fast forward but I'm doing it blindly. I have no idea if there's 5 minutes left or 45 minutes.Is there something I can turn on to show it?

Please add series and episode when recording.

It's frustrating to not know what series and episode I've recorded.Putting date first aired is great, but not helpful if looking for a specific episode, or wondering if I have the complete series.I miss Shaw because they had it.

Resolved! Pvr list unavailable but shows up on Telus app on ipad

I have rebooted the modem, and I have rebooted the PVR. We have other TVs, and none of them will show the programed recordings. They all say that the list is unavailable. When I try to record something new, it says the PVR is unavailable.

pik tv user not working

I'm new to the Pik tv and never used it before. Telus informed me that to log in you need to type in the same password and username as My Telus. but that doesn't work and i cant get into the account.
