Can I set up an arm/disarm schedule?

Just had this installed, is it at all possible to set your security system up so it can arm at a certain time (say 10pm) and disarm at a certain time (say 7am) ? I can’t figure it out through the Automation / Add Rule section…seems quite confusing.
