Good morning every one,
I don't know what I should do in my situation.
When I cancelled the Telus Home Security Service I, of course, returned the hardware to Telus via CP. I've got a receipt from Canada Post with tracking info. But now I received an email from Telus on September 18 about a reminder to return all equipment asap..
The tracking shows its received by Telus (with signature) on the 4th of September. So I received the reminder email 14 days afterwards. That's really weird.
What makes my situation a bit difficult: I do not live in Canada anymore so I can't phone the customer service to ask what's going on.
Is there a way so I can email them proof of receiving the hardware? I don't know what to do honestly.

I had this happen after I returned TV equipment. The email came months after I returned my equipment and I ignored it but haven't heard anything since. If you're really concerned about being charged, I'd recommend using the chat function on the website.

I haven't figured out how to chat with a real agent instead of that bot.. What's the trick?

Hi @Charlotte6661 - Try saying "agent" to the assistant

I tried multiple times. This is the answer I get every time:
One of our Home Services team members will be happy to speak with you.

It's 2pm in Alberta so I don't know why I can't talk to an agent..
