Good morning every one, I don't know what I should do in my situation. When I cancelled the Telus Home Security Service I, of course, returned the hardware to Telus via CP. I've got a receipt from Canada Post with tracking info. But now I received an email from Telus on September 18 about a reminder to return all equipment asap.. The tracking shows its received by Telus (with signature) on the 4th of September. So I received the reminder email 14 days afterwards. That's really weird. What makes my situation a bit difficult: I do not live in Canada anymore so I can't phone the customer service to ask what's going on. Is there a way so I can email them proof of receiving the hardware? I don't know what to do honestly.Solved2KViews0likes4Comments
