Price Match - No Response from Telus.

Hi, I have submitted a Price Match request with Telus on 31 December 2024 and received a text same day saying your equipment price match request has been received and will be processed within 15 business days. 

 

Talked to Telus customer care as well, they told it could take upto a maximum of 20 business days. It's been 21 business days and still no update from Telus. 

 

Any help will be appreciated or someone else is in the same boat as me?

Just an update. 

 

After doing escalation and 2 hrs call time, esclation department got hold of backend team and fulfilled the Price Match request. 🙂
