If so, here's what you can do: PACKAGE THE EQUIPMENT - Find any appropriately sized box. - Include the first page of your most recent bill if you have it. If not, just grab a piece of paper and clearly write the following info on it: First and last name of the account holder. TELUS account number and full service address. Phone number associated with the service(s) (if applicable). - Seal the box securely. TAKE THE PACKAGE TO ANY CANADA POST OUTLET - Visit any Canada Post outlet and let the clerk know you're returning residential equipment to TELUS. - Quote the Return ID number PR142924. - Canada Post will provide you with a prepaid waybill, with the TELUS address already printed on it (no charge). Yeah that's definitely odd. You've already tried the recommended troubleshooting steps like restarting your device or reseating the SIM. Reach out to our Mobility team directly or visit the nearest TELUS store so our team can take a look!14KViews0likes2CommentsRe: Beware Telus Business Call - Scam
Very sorry about that! Unfortunately there are a number of these kinds of calls, some of which even spoof our numbers to appear authentic. Our team would never process an order in this fashion without your explicit consent. Please don't hesitate to reach out to our Business team directly if you'd like to discuss this with them.5.5KViews1like0CommentsRe: 5G Standard - is USA text extra
Not a lame question at all. On a standard Nationwide Talk and Text plan, texting to the U.S. is typically not included. If you send a text from Canada to a U.S. number on this plan, you'll likely see the $0.40 charge per message. Always note however, receiving texts from the U.S. to you won't be charged. Our Unlimited International Messaging or Canada-U.S. plans are what you'd be looking for if you'd like to get those messages covered!35Views1like0CommentsRe: I can't redeem any telus rewards
If you're referring to using the TELUS Virtual Prepaid MasterCards, have you tried using the 'One-Time Payment' option within My TELUS? You can try logging in, going to Billing and then Make a Payment. Select Credit Card, and enter the card details.13Views0likes0CommentsRe: SIM swap for prepaid phones
Hello. Not sure exactly what happened here, the option may have been removed for security reasons. Your best bet would be to call in to our Mobility team or reach out to us over at our Twitter or Facebook pages so we can verify your account and look into it for you!5.7KViews1like0CommentsStreaming on TELUS - March 2026
Hey everyone! Hope you're doing well and enjoying the year so far! March is right around the corner, and another month means another new batch of great movies and shows to check out on Optik TV! Remember, you can catch all the hottest new content as part of our awesome Stream+ package to get Netflix Premium, Disney+ and Prime Video all at a discounted rate! Let's take a look at some of the highly anticipated titles streaming in March as well as what I'm hooked on now! Coming in March March 10 - One Piece (Season 2) - Netflix The live-action adaptation of the beloved manga and anime returns for another swashbuckling adventure with Monkey D. Luffy and the Straw Hat Pirates. March 12 - Virgin River (Season 7) - Netflix Mel and Jack return for another emotional season of the hit romantic drama that has captured hearts around the world. March 24 - Daredevil: Born Again (Season 2) - Disney+ Charlie Cox returns as Matt Murdock in the highly anticipated second season of the gritty Marvel series. Most Anticipated One Piece (Season 2) - Netflix After the surprise success of Season 1, One Piece is back and ready to set sail on even bigger adventures! Based on the bestselling manga series of all time, this live-action adaptation brings the beloved story of Monkey D. Luffy and his quest to become King of the Pirates to life in spectacular fashion. Season 2 picks up where we left off, with Luffy having assembled his core crew of misfits and dreamers. This season promises to dive deeper into the Grand Line, introducing fan-favorite characters like the cunning pirate captain Crocodile and the mysterious Nico Robin. The production value is absolutely stunning—the world-building is immersive, the special effects are top-tier, and the action sequences are genuinely thrilling. What really makes One Piece shine is its heart. At its core, this is a story about found family, chasing your dreams no matter how impossible they seem, and standing by your friends through thick and thin. Iñaki Godoy is perfectly cast as the endlessly optimistic Luffy, bringing both humor and genuine warmth to the character. The chemistry between the Straw Hat crew is infectious, and you'll find yourself rooting for them every step of the way. Whether you're a longtime fan of the manga and anime or completely new to the franchise, One Piece has something for everyone. It's funny, action-packed, and surprisingly emotional. Season 1 is streaming now so you have time to catch up before the new season drops March 6 only on Netflix! What I'm Watching Now The Night Agent (Season 3) - Netflix I am absolutely hooked on the new season of The Night Agent! This political action-thriller is back and better than ever, with Gabriel Basso returning as Peter Sutherland, the low-level FBI agent who found himself thrust into a deadly conspiracy. Season 3 takes the tension to a whole new level with globe-trotting missions, high-stakes espionage, and twists that will keep you guessing until the very end. What I love about this series is how it balances relentless action with smart, intricate storytelling. The pacing is breakneck—every episode ends with a cliffhanger that makes it impossible not to hit "Next Episode." The fight choreography is gritty and realistic, and the chase sequences are genuinely heart-pounding. But it's not just mindless action; the political intrigue is complex and timely, with storylines that feel ripped from the headlines. Gabriel Basso continues to impress as Peter, bringing both physical intensity and emotional depth to the role. The supporting cast is fantastic, and the new characters introduced this season add fresh dynamics to the story. If you're a fan of shows like 24 or Jack Ryan, The Night Agent is right up your alley. It's the perfect adrenaline-fueled binge for anyone who loves a good conspiracy thriller. Seasons 1 and 2 are streaming now, and Season 3 just dropped, so you've got plenty to dive into on Netflix! ICYMI: Not subscribed to Stream+ yet? No worries! You can add it to your Optik TV package at any time! Find out more here!
