Return Your TELUS Equipment in 3 Easy Steps
Have you recently moved, cancelled, or upgraded your services? You may have unused TELUS residential equipment sitting at home. If so, here's what you can do: PACKAGE THE EQUIPMENT - Find any appropriately sized box. - Include the first page of your most recent bill if you have it. If not, just grab a piece of paper and clearly write the following info on it: First and last name of the account holder. TELUS account number and full service address. Phone number associated with the service(s) (if applicable). - Seal the box securely. TAKE THE PACKAGE TO ANY CANADA POST OUTLET - Visit any Canada Post outlet and let the clerk know you're returning residential equipment to TELUS. - Quote the Return ID number PR142924. - Canada Post will provide you with a prepaid waybill, with the TELUS address already printed on it (no charge). (PLEASE NOTE: For any TELUS Mobility and wireless equipment returns, including the TELUS Smart Hub, please call our team directly at 1-866-558-2273 to arrange a return.) KEEP TRACK OF THE WAYBILL NUMBER - Please keep track of the waybill number you received from the Canada Post clerk until the package is successfully returned to our warehouse. - For convenience, take a picture of the waybill so you have it easily accessible on your phone! Coming in March March 10 - One Piece (Season 2) - Netflix The live-action adaptation of the beloved manga and anime returns for another swashbuckling adventure with Monkey D. Luffy and the Straw Hat Pirates. March 12 - Virgin River (Season 7) - Netflix Mel and Jack return for another emotional season of the hit romantic drama that has captured hearts around the world. March 24 - Daredevil: Born Again (Season 2) - Disney+ Charlie Cox returns as Matt Murdock in the highly anticipated second season of the gritty Marvel series. Most Anticipated One Piece (Season 2) - Netflix After the surprise success of Season 1, One Piece is back and ready to set sail on even bigger adventures! Based on the bestselling manga series of all time, this live-action adaptation brings the beloved story of Monkey D. Luffy and his quest to become King of the Pirates to life in spectacular fashion. Season 2 picks up where we left off, with Luffy having assembled his core crew of misfits and dreamers. This season promises to dive deeper into the Grand Line, introducing fan-favorite characters like the cunning pirate captain Crocodile and the mysterious Nico Robin. What I'm Watching Now The Night Agent (Season 3) - Netflix I am absolutely hooked on the new season of The Night Agent! This political action-thriller is back and better than ever, with Gabriel Basso returning as Peter Sutherland, the low-level FBI agent who found himself thrust into a deadly conspiracy. Season 3 takes the tension to a whole new level with globe-trotting missions, high-stakes espionage, and twists that will keep you guessing until the very end. What I love about this series is how it balances relentless action with smart, intricate storytelling. The pacing is breakneck—every episode ends with a cliffhanger that makes it impossible not to hit "Next Episode." The fight choreography is gritty and realistic, and the chase sequences are genuinely heart-pounding. But it's not just mindless action; the political intrigue is complex and timely, with storylines that feel ripped from the headlines. Gabriel Basso continues to impress as Peter, bringing both physical intensity and emotional depth to the role.
