Can’t access Netflix & Prime

Hi there,Would you please tell me why I can’t access Netflix or Prime through Telus guide anymore? Netflix won’t login or connect and Prime won’t play anything and keep giving error msg. I checked on my other devices and they work fine.

komo not working

whenever we tune to Komo (ABC) channel 131, the channel works for about 30 seconds then goes to "Signal Lost" screen. other channels work what the heck is up with that particular channel.
