Outlook 365 stopped working suddenly, why?
My wife was working in Outlook 365 yesterday morning and it suddenly stopped working. I called Telus tech support and they said that is just the way it is. They no longer support outlook 365 and don't have anyone there that knows it. He told me some customer's outlook stopped working awhile ago, others recently, and some are still working. We have not changed or touched anything and we are running on the latest version of 365. Hi....after securing a new home internet plan...we have noticed that charges made over the past few months have not been consistent to what we were told over our phone discussion. I'm trying to cancel my internet plan but the virtual assistant just keeps trying to get me to do a call back regardless of what I say. i got a call several months back from loyalty department that said i was eligible for a smart watch and a security camera. I wasn’t interested but they persisted and assured me at least five times that it would not increase my bill one cent. So i agreed and they sent camera and watch. The camera worked for several weeks then quit. I spent a day on the phone to the loyalty dept.and he concluded I needed a new camera. I never received the camera. I was charged 10 dollars a month for the security,and 25 a month for the watch. So much for not one cent more. I then called to cancel the security plan, not an easy task in itself, took me two days being hung up on twice with no call back. I was told it would cost me 300 dollars to cancel my contract, which apparently you agree to if you use the product. I was under the impression it was for loyalty I was getting this camera and watch but it was just a sales plan. I live in a duplex and when they initially installed fibre on my attached neighbours side they didn't splice it at the junction box, it was directly pulled into the house. As indicated by empty Telus junction box. My theory is that it's making their system say that I already have existing line that could be tapped into. After the first tech inspection, a service request was sent out for an aerial drop team and wire pull on my side as I didn't get permission to splice their line. After the second time they sent the ground service tech again, after the 3rd -8th time I called in every time to customer service and technical team to make sure they could send a aerial drop team and not a regular person. But they just keep rescheduling the wrong person for the job or it keeps getting delayed. I had to have taken so much time off work this is getting ridiculous. I'm giving this one more shot as I called again yesterday after they sent the wrong guy. The customer service rep said they needed to recreate the order, so they can order (I have done that once already) the drop team, and what he explained is that every time I called in the customer service reps were just rescheduling it for the ground workers. They also told me that they would call me back when there's a drop team available 7-14 days wait again. Now I'm just waiting for a call back with no appointments. I don't want to escalate this to the ccts as I want to give Telus an opportunity to make things right. Hi Telus Support, I recently canceled my telus internet service, and was told that I need to return my equipment, despite I expressed that I did not rent any at the start of my service. Ever since I started using telus I was living in condos with pre-installed equipment. Picture: this set of equipment has stayed like this from the first day to last day. Later, I received this email from telus which is supposed to list my equipment, I cannot really tell if this means telus realized that I do not have any equipment or is this some display error. Can I please get some clarification on this? My wife has telus home internet and security that has no where supplied what was purchased. We had someone break into our home and steal the camera and alot of other things. Telus security could not get ahold of us so sent no one to help till 4 hours after the break in. Since then the cameras no longer record after we had to repurchase 2k+ dollars worth of security system. The internet hardly stays connected. We have been trying to cancel the subscription since January 2 2026. For the third time since then (Jan 10 2026 now) they are telling us they will call back with information to fix issues in 24-48 hours. But yet they have done nothing except run her around so that she cannot cancel the subscription and have been changing the pricing of our bills. I'm tired of my wife stressing over this issue that non of your employees can seem to fix after 6+ different people and apparently management cannot fix. I signed up for telus services and was told I would get a free tv. It has now been 10 weeks since I got my services but no TV.
