Resolved! I upgraded to PureFibre 1.5 GB but speed remains 1GB
It is a simple set up, one hard wired computer and Cat6 cable. Telus support not very helpful. I'm confused - did all the restarts etc... Any suggestions ?

It was recommended I use #99 on my landline to help with blocking robo calls.The computer generated voice response was this is not available to me with the type of account I hold.I then tried to log on on my laptop/MyTelus and I get the 'eternal spin...
