TELUS Home Security Rep Call

How is a TELUS security agent supposed to announce him/herself when calling about an alarm situation? The call display shows only a number and doesn’t display as TELUS.

Resolved! TELUS Home Security - Multiple Properties

Looking for guidance on being able to see two properties on my SmartHome app. The TELUS rep set it up, then had my wife and I redo passwords… buggered this up, along with my ability to see my mobility account!
