Hi everyone. Just wondering if anyone else has or knows how to fix this. I’m getting a 2 minute delay on my notifications. So my notifications don’t come until 2 minutes after someone has been at my door or on my driveway. TIA

Hello, I have the home security at home by TELUS. It was recently installed. I never received any signage which says this home is protected by TELUS. It would be nice to have this in order to deter burglars or mischievous ppl.

How to change camera IP?

How do I change the IP of the camera (not the one in the console) that now has a new IP address? I'm guessing I probably have to delete the camera from the internet interface, then add it back, but I can't see a way to do that.

What do I lose if I connect my home security console and camera to a PC that has no internet connection?
