Telus TV plus app audio init failed on certain channels

Any fix for this? I'm using an old S7 and certain channels like 131- ABC, it says:Decoder init failed: [-49999],Format(audio1299_0,null,nullNot sure why other channels work fine. You'd think Telus would use the same decoders for everything.
