HGTV & Discovery Channels - Why can't I record?

Up until today I have been able to PVR on both these channels (before and after they disappeared and then showed back up again earlier this year).Wondering why this is happening. With shift work I PVR a lot and definitely missing this today.

Closed captions come on using browser
