I have been trying to access Telus TV app for the past few weeks. I can access the basic channels but not the channels I subscribe to (sportsnet, TLC, etc). I’m hoping someone here can help me. Whenever I call Telus it’s such a run around and frankly I don’t really have time for that. People seem to get solutions more promptly here.

Have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling the app? Is your app updated to the latest version?

Yes I have tried deleting and reinstalling. And can confirm I am subscribed to the channels as I watch them on the Tv at home but can’t access them through the app
