User has no rights on OptikTV app for MacOS

I have recently renewed my contract with Telus, with Optik included. When I watch on my laptop I am unable to play from the guide, and get random "user has no rights" when I try to watch programs or in some cases on demand programs.

No audio on any Global TV stations

Hello, since the phone lines are jammed at the moment... None of the Global stations I get on OptikTV have sound on them (Global BC, Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto), except for Global Halifax.

PVR issues

I recently recorded a show and when I went to watch it it wouldn't let me skip ahead. Then when I played it it stopped after a few min and won't play. The other recordings work fine and there's lots of free space. Any ideas?

Power outage

When the power goes out if you have fiber cable to your house you will not have home service. No 911 service. Way to go telus.
