The old Telus 4K boxes were so much better than these Android TV boxes they're giving out. No delays, fast interface, picture quality was good. The Android boxes are such a step backwards.

Poor cell service in North Calgary
I’ve noticed in the last month or so that 5G/5G+ service in Evanston, Sage Hill, and Carrington in North Calgary has been awful. Data does not work, and I only get like 1 bar around the neighbourhood. I’ve had to reboot my phone and reset my network settings to no avail. Also had a co-worker visit my house in Evanston (they were on Telus also) and commented how they weren’t able to get any cell service - and they were standing outside on the sidewalk.

Problems recording series on TFC
Hi, We have some series recordings that are not working on TFC channel 2602. When we try setting a series recording on a show, it reverts to a single recording.

App on Telus Android TV box keeps crashing
I downloaded the CBS News app on one of my Telus Android boxes, and the app keeps crashing. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times and have done a factory reset on the Android box itself, but the app keeps crashing. The app doesn't crash on the other Telus Android boxes that I have, it's just on this specific one. Any suggestions/assistance would be appreciated. Thanks.

Disabling home screen on the new Telus Optik TV Android boxes
Hi, Wondering if there is an option to disable/bypass the home screen when you turn on the Android box. I just want it to go straight to the last TV channel that I watched full screen.

No audio on any Global TV stations
Hello, since the phone lines are jammed at the moment... None of the Global stations I get on OptikTV have sound on them (Global BC, Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto), except for Global Halifax.
