For the love of God can you please hire some more customer service representatives? We shouldn't have to wait over 40 minutes to get someone on the phone. 
Hi, Wondering if there is an option to disable/bypass the home screen when you turn on the Android box. I just want it to go straight to the last TV channel that I watched full screen.  
Hello, since the phone lines are jammed at the moment... None of the Global stations I get on OptikTV have sound on them (Global BC, Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto), except for Global Halifax.
