I suppose you’re right that I should describe exactly what Telus has done to me, I have not had the energy as I have ptsd and had another massive panic attack after reaching points of frustration caused by Telus. I’m still not feeling well, and re living the situation is not good for me. I cannot get adequate assistance when 90% of the time there is a language barrier. I don’t understand them and they don’t understand me, nor do they care. I have been a customer for a long time, and can’t see what this company can do to rectify the emotional damage they have caused me over these past 6 months. My Internet drops quite often and I avoid calling tech support because I know what to expect, which is sad in itself. I don’t want to ask for credits or promotions because they will be taken away or just not actually applied which then results in me needing to make another unbearably frustrating phone call. Service agreements
I’d like to start by saying I have been a paying Telus customer for over 10 years. On December 28 2023 I agreed to a certain monthly package and price of 68$ which was offered to me by Telus employee. I noticed recently, that not only just a month later was it not there. I was aware that my services were approaching suspension if said issue was not dealt with by a specific date, so I made sure to call before that which was yesterday. I spoke to a representative by the name of Gerard, and in conclusion he told me he would sort it out and call me back, as I had informed him that I needed to end the call as it was beginning to cause me serious emotional distress. Not only did I not receive a call back my services are now suspended. I’m at this point at a loss for what to say or do, but definitely am not happy with my experience to say the least. This is becoming an ongoing issue as I have been experiencing problems with this company for years, though never to the extent I’m experiencing now.1.5KViews0likes1Comment
