Ordered something from Telus mobility before Christmas. Got a phone call today confirming details and then an email. Just a little nervous as this was the address [email protected]. Is this legit or no?

My call display on my tv has suddenly stopped working. I made sure it’s turned on but no calls are showing up. 

I have a phone to return to Telus through the bring it back program. Now that Canada post is on strike do I just ship it via a courier service and pay out of pocket or?
