Bring it back return with Canada post on Strike

I have a phone to return to Telus through the bring it back program. Now that Canada post is on strike do I just ship it via a courier service and pay out of pocket or?

Have you initiated the Bring it back process yet? You do have 90 days (+30 days grace) from the end of term date to return the device. Are you in a position to return it to a store?

Are we able to return it to the store rather than shipping it out?

Yes, at participating locations. For a list of stores, click here. Click on locations near you to view their store profile and look for Bring-it-Back under Product and Services.

Telus actually sent me a message and said to wait until the strike was over and use the label they sent me then.
