Resolved! Shareable Data, Plan vs App

I just got a new plan and it's 10mb of shareable data, but when I go on the app or check data usage it shows that I only have 5. Anyone else with this issue?

No data on 3g

Hey,I only get data on LTE. I live in a poor service area and frequency switch to 3g. But whenever my phone switches I lose data. Way better signal on 3g but yet no data, not even slow data. Did Telus discontinue 3g data?
