Re: Billed an extra month?
To my recollection, mobility bills are for both the past and future. You are billed in advance for basic use of the options in your base plan, and for additional charges (international long distance calls, for instance), even if they are zero. It also seems odd you received a bill on January 13 for the period you describe. I’d have thought it would arrive in advance of the use period, so I agree with Starchoice.27Views0likes0Comments- 42Views1like0Comments
Re: Coverage of my plan
It is usually contained in the footnotes of the plan. For instance, this is a portion of the list from their explore plan. I expect it would the same locations negotiated for your plan: US Destinations: The U.S. (including areas of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands). Mexico/Caribbean: Aruba, Bahamas, Barbados, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Guyana, Jamaica, Mexico, Netherlands Antilles, St Lucia, Trinidad and Tobago, Turks & Caicos. https://www.telus.com/en/shop/mobility/bring-your-own-device?INCA=mob_atl_acq_web_plans_button_view-all-pln52Views0likes3CommentsRe: Bill Date - Due Date
My bill states “due upon receipt” and a payment through a bank can be expected to take 3 days. If I recall, the contract describes grace periods. Since you have automatic debit, they have in effect notified you that the due date is 15 + 3 days from the bill date.72Views0likes0Comments
