Re: (Updated) Exciting New Changes Have Arrived!
I was able to sign in by entering my username and password, getting an error message and then selecting "sign in using My Telus" below. This is all well and good, but there is no way I can find to send a Private Message, or to reply to one.60Views0likes0CommentsTerrible Voice Signal Strength
I am on a Telus Mobility prepaid plan with an Android 15 phone. Voice signal strength is between 0 and 1 bar. I sometimes can't make a call, and frequently the call cuts in and out. Signal strength is -113 dBm 27 asu. Mobile voice network type is LTE. I have tried to turn on WiFi calling, but get an error every time. Is there some kind of signal booster available? Any ideas?640Views0likes0CommentsRe: Prepaid Mobility Automatic top-up is not working
Update: Tech support called back. The problem is that the Balance Expiration Date was not extending in the Telus system. They said they would advise the back office. Hopefully this is fixed by next month. Waiting to speak to an agent can eat up a big chunk of one's day.1.1KViews1like1CommentPrepaid Mobility Automatic top-up is not working
I have had a prepaid mobility account for several years, always on automatic top-up. Never a problem until this week. I received the usual text message telling me my plan was automatically renewed. Tried to make a call the next day. A recording tells me I need to top up my account. My credit card account was charged, and my telus mobility account shows the payment. Help.1.2KViews0likes2CommentsRe: New Google Sign-in and Telus Email
Thanks for taking this on - Android build # = UQ1A.240205.002 App build number: I was getting sign-in requests from Google Play Services generated from Google Maps, Google Drive, Google Docs. Sometimes upon phone power on, always when opening Maps. I never use Docs or Drive. Google Play Services version = 24.07.13 Device = pixel 6a Network service = wi-fi. Not sure about mobile data. I have one google.com account which is my default, and two telus.net accounts on the phone. All sign-in requests were for one of the two telus.net accounts, never the google.com account. Removing the telus.net accounts from the phone stopped the sign-in requests. If you will permit one dumb question - Can you set up a telus.net account on an Android phone to replicate the problem? Thanks again.23KViews0likes3Comments
