Looking to buy a phone from europe, will telus support this phone, LTE and all? If not, are there any other canadian networks that will?

Here are the network bands the phone supports:

LTE FDD: B1/B2/B3/B4/B5/B7/B8/B20/B28
LTE TDD: B38/B40
WCDMA: B1/B2/B4/B5/B8
GSM: B2/B3/B5/B8

Thanks, but my device isn't listed there probably because it's pretty new Smiley Sad

In theory it might work. What phone is it?

It should work fine.  Telus does use some band 29 for 700MHz LTE but in very few places currently.  You will need to manually set the APN for Telus though.  VoLTE will probably work but WiFi Calling will almost guaranteed, not work.  Xiaomi devices are very easy to flash to more global friendly firmware as well, if you unlock the bootloader.  My Mi MIX 3 works great on Telus.
