New client Bill

I love Telus they send me a bill . I am not even using there services yet . I am no way paying there bill never got SIM cards delivered have to call to cancel the service and to cancel a line I did not agree with you have to call and I was ordering a phone from them . Well no SIM card and I cannot order a phone and the Telus kiosk in Place Longueuil does nothing I asked . 

I am done with Telus . I am still a client of chatr at $28.74 a month so I am not using Telus right now . How dare them bill me . Lucky no debit or credit card they have of mine .

    Hi Hellcat450 -  so from your post you activated an account with us, is that correct?

     

    When we activate accounts, we assign a bill cycle date which is the day where the old month closes and the new one opens. We also bill a month in advance so it's normal to receive a bill.

     

    We also agree that you shouldn't pay if you haven't had a chance to use the service and we can credit those days until the SIM card arrived. Please let us know if you called in to get assistance or if you still need help and we'll send you a private message

    I am getting a call on Tuesday from a Telus rep and I will take one line off and see about iPhone 16e I see for $19.95  so I am no way paying that bill that I have not used any data or anything . I will not be charged a cancel fee and I was not getting charged $80 to start account with you or rather a phone . 

    I hope I can things squared away with Telus but I find lately a headache and I have not been well so I don’t need this either .

    What time is Telus human support service open til ? 6pm . I am on eastern time in Quebec .

    I received my SIM cards but I told the representative to call me Tuesday because they had not come yet . Should I wait til Tuesday to fix all these issues or not ?
