No live feed from doorbell camera to web portal

I can get a live feed from the app but not via the web portal. I can, however, get the saved video clips there. Also, my landline (which is from Bell) hasn't worked since the Telus installation. Any idea why it would be disconnected?

Cannot Connect Cameras After Internet Upgrade

We just got an upgraded internet via Cogeco. Reconnecting our cameras to the new router isn't working- I've factory reset the doorbell camera and it keeps failing to verify the connection.
