Hi all. I did get a phone call from someone higher up in the food chain. I am an old ADT customer and I have a DSC security/alarm system. Apparently Telus has implemented this fee for the "legacy" customers to provide maintenance as there are only limited techs that still work on these systems.🙄 DSC only discontinued this system last year. Here's the thing... if I want maintenance or service I have to phone a third party alarm company as Telus security service department will not work on my system if I have a problem.😖 There was further discussion but that's the bottom line as was explained to me.4.6KViews1like1Comment
