I am living a tremendous level of frustration as I am getting the worse customer service ever in my life ! Believe me ! Left on the phone for hours to get assistance, technicians not showing up after setting an appointment and much more all this this since December !
Can someone help me to direct my complains and suffering after spending $90 to police for false alarm costs, $80 on batteries to replace old ones on motion sensors with no results or assistance ?
Any similar experience to share and help me find a solution ?
