Purchased a #Living Well Companion last month. Was working when I set it up, but during the suggested "test", could only get a lady who spoke only Chinese! Now, apparently, it hasn't been working for about a month! Yet I am paying for it. Just spent an hour on the phone with customer service who was unable to solve the problem. The call ended with the answer that I had to wait a few days to see if someone could solve the problem. As a senior, I ordered this product for security, but apparently this service is not reliable. Was told to use my phone instead by customer service. They will NOT send someone out to fix to adjust. Is this service for such a device that a senior orders and expects to rely on?? Any solutions?
