I have an existing Netflix account. Can I use it with my Telus TV? Or if I wish to use Netflix with Telus TV, do I need to sign up for Netflix with Telus and Telus will manage the billing?

Resolved! PVR recording doesn't work

When I try to record a show, the first time I press "Record Episode", nothing happens. Then when I try to press anything else on the remote, it says "PVR system is busy. Try again later" and is only fixable by restarting the TV box

Resolved! Upcoming shows

In the past if you clicked on a stations logo you could see a list of upcoming shows on that particular channel.This feature has disappeared. Now you have to go thru a list hour by hour. Why would this feature be removed ?

Resolved! Optik TV App - Recording/PVR options are non-existent

I just downloaded the Optik TV app for IOS, and I have no recording/PVR options. I've created my Optik account via my main PVR box, and signed into the app using that login. Has anyone else experienced this, and is there a fix?
