TSN 4K has more soccer coming up in 4K

The Guide has the following message for TSN 4K: Next live 4K event September 1 at 5:00pm PST.Press Info button and message is "Watch 4K MLS Soccer: Montreal Impact at Toronto FC. Other TSN programming will be broadcast between live 4K events.

Optic tv pixelates

Been doing this since I moved to Telus 2 months ago. Talk to other Telus customers and no one has this issue. Thoughts on how to fix or should a tech be dispatched. Rebooted the modem and boxes. Nothing seems to help.
