Logged out after 1/2 hour.....repeatedly.

This happened just before the update from PIK and now it is happening again, regardless of the browser used I get logged out every 1/2 hour and have to log in again only to get logged out in 1/2 hour. Cookie is set and no adblockers etc....refreshed ...

Closed Captio s

When we use Closed Captions on live tv channels there is about a 5-7 second delay between the audio and the closed captions. We had a tech here and he could not fix it. All TVs and all channels.

Error message with new Telus TV+ app on iPad mini

Can’t seem to get the new Telus TV app to work no matter what I try. Sign in is fine, but if I try to play live tv, it hangs, and then I get an error message “playback error: sorry an error was encountered. Please try again…”. Works fine on my iPhone...
