My Wireless 4K box have no light in front and there is no connection to the TV. Is it dead? I tried to use the remote to turn it on and there is no light, I tried to push the button and there is not light on the button.
Could also be the power supply, but the end result is the same: contact Telus, go through the testing routine, and have the device replaced if so determined.
