Telus Box 4K display glitching
I noticed when I have the display setting for the box set to 4K resolution that I start to get some glitching of the display and “ghost images of the icons like the YouTube one” and this only started happening so not sure if an update happened recently. I checked the TV with other devices and sources including all diagnostics and that side is good, I even swapped the Telus boxes from other rooms and still have the same issue. The only way to fix it right now is to swap the display setting on the box to 1080p, was there something changed recently?1.5KViews0likes2CommentsRe: Series recordings disappear
For example, Survivor was on series recording and it recorded Wednesdays show and the next day the Series setting was gone and off the scheduled list even though next Wednesday has a new episode again. I have to search it and set the series record for the show again to get it back on the scheduled list. Hi! I have noticed on several occasions the constant disappearance of series that are scheduled for recording, when it records the show afterward it disappears in the scheduled for the following week and then you have to keep reprogramming every show that disappears, is there a fix coming up to prevent this from happening?3.9KViews2likes8Comments
