I just wanted to post how TELUS truly is a great company for customer service.. I’ve been a customer for 7 years , after losing my job and certain issues along the way, TELUS has always been able to extend my payment (which I paid) and has always been understanding that sometimes life hits you. As a loyal customer, thank you.
I had a very different experience. I won't use this space to bash them, I just felt the need to balance this discussion by expressing that they are not always this accommodating. They were so dismissive of me that I closed my account instantly after a very poor customer service experience, and that was after 15 years with them.
