Hello ... I am trying to use the Telus App "My Wi-Fi" to make sure only authorized devices are connected to my network.
I have an iPhone on the list twice. I've looked up the MAC address of the iPhone and "blocked" or "paused" the OTHER one that does not match the MAC address. HOWEVER when I paused it ... I no longer had access to my own network. This tells me that the MAC address of the OTHER iPhone is correct and the one that looks as if it is correct is not. I'm Confused. Is there more than one place to look up the MAC address?
I'm having a similar issue for my MacBook Pro.

Just use the password authentication to protect your network.
