I have ordered a new phone for my son and daughter. My sons phone shipped and was just left on our front step by a courier. The other phone was sent via Canada Post and the tracking states that it was delivered to our mailbox but we did NOT receive the second phone. Tried calling Telus Support and was given a number to call but that line goes straight to voicemail and tells me to send a email. No response as of last Friday. Sent another email today and will send another and call tomorrow. I need assistance and cannot speak with a representative from the Telus Online Order Services. Please help...
