Shipping Label to Bring My Phone Back
Hello, I had an EPP plan with Telus that ended recently and with that, I’ve been attempting to return my phone as it was part of the ‘bring it back plan’.
I’ve called them three days in a row to obtain a shipping label and every time I’ve called, the rep has said that I would get the shipping label via text within 24 hours. When I call the following day to let them know that I haven’t received any text, I keep getting the same response that they’re having technical issues. It surely can’t be that difficult to send a shipping label via text, can it?
I have not received anything to date and I’m getting increasingly frustrated. Does anyone have any suggestions about how I can get this issue resolved asap?

These Telus store locations are a joke. Why even have them when the provide zero existing customer service. They are only there to sign up a service to a new customer.

go to a Telus store and get a receipt.

Thanks for your reply. That was the first thing I tried. I was advised that I would need to return it through the mail-in process.
