When switching back to Telus Optik from Roku ,we get no sound unless we reboot the Telus box

Can I remove items from the Continue watching list?

Is there a way to remove items from the Continue Watching list on the home page on Optik TV? There are things left there from ages ago which I am not interested in watching anymore.
